Terms and conditions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and online platform AA Mobility (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform allows users to find car service providers, view available services and available dates and times, and submit booking requests.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1. About the Platform

Automed OÜ provides an online platform for finding car service providers and booking available time slots.

The Platform brings together information about various car service providers and allows users to:

• find the required service;
• select a suitable car service provider;
• view available dates and times;
• submit a booking request.

The Platform is not a car service provider and does not itself provide vehicle repair, maintenance or diagnostic services.

Vehicle-related services are provided directly by the car service provider selected by the user.

2. Free Use

Use of the Platform by users is free of charge.

At the current stage, the Platform also does not charge car service providers for listing their information or receiving bookings.

The Platform does not accept payment for vehicle-related services and does not participate in financial transactions between the user and the car service provider.

3. Search and Booking

The user may select the required service, car service provider, date and time and submit a booking request.

Available dates and times are displayed based on the schedule provided by the relevant car service provider.

Submitting a booking request through the Platform does not automatically mean that the booking has been confirmed.

A booking is considered confirmed after the relevant car service provider confirms the selected date and time and the user receives the corresponding confirmation.

In certain cases, the selected time may become unavailable before the booking is confirmed.

4. Information Provided by the User

To make a booking, the user must provide accurate information.

Depending on the selected service, the following information may be required:

• name;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• vehicle registration number;
• vehicle make and model;
• information about the required service;
• additional information necessary to process the booking.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by them.

5. Vehicle Services

The Platform provides information about services and available time slots based on information provided by car service providers.

The car service provider independently determines:

• the range of services provided;
• the prices of services;
• the duration of the work;
• the terms and conditions of service;
• whether a particular service can be performed;
• whether additional work is required;
• the materials and spare parts used;
• warranty conditions.

The Platform strives to display up-to-date information but does not guarantee that information provided by car service providers will always be complete or current.

6. Relationship Between the User and the Car Service Provider

The Platform provides the technical means to find a car service provider and submit a booking request.

After a booking has been confirmed, the provision of vehicle-related services is carried out directly by the car service provider.

The terms of the work, its price, completion time, additional work, warranty and other matters related to the vehicle service are agreed directly between the user and the car service provider.

The Platform does not determine the content or terms of vehicle-related services.

7. Prices and Payment

Use of the Platform is free of charge.

The Platform does not accept payment from users for vehicle-related services.

The Platform does not charge car service providers for bookings.

If payment is required for a selected vehicle-related service, such payment is made directly to the car service provider under the terms established by that provider.

The Platform is not a party to financial transactions between the user and the car service provider.

8. Changes to the Service Price

The service price displayed on the Platform, if provided, is supplied by the relevant car service provider.

The final price may differ from the preliminary price indicated, for example, if an inspection of the vehicle reveals the need for additional work or materials.

Any additional work and its cost must be agreed directly between the user and the car service provider.

9. Cancellation and Modification of Bookings

The user may cancel or modify a booking if such functionality is provided by the Platform.

If cancellation or modification through the Platform is not possible, the user may contact the relevant car service provider directly.

If the user is unable to use the booked time slot, they are encouraged to cancel the booking as early as possible.

A car service provider may cancel or modify a booking if it is unable to provide the service at the selected date and time.

10. Responsibility of the Car Service Provider

The car service provider is solely responsible for the vehicle-related services it provides, including:

• the quality of the work performed;
• the result of the repair;
• compliance with deadlines;
• the price of the services;
• the materials and spare parts used;
• warranty for the work performed;
• the need for additional work;
• interaction with the customer.

Questions and complaints directly related to vehicle-related services must be resolved between the user and the relevant car service provider.

11. Liability of the Platform

The Platform does not provide vehicle-related services and does not control the repair or maintenance process.

The Platform is not responsible for the quality or result of services provided by a car service provider, or for any acts or omissions of the car service provider.

In particular, the Platform is not responsible for:

• the quality of repairs;
• damage to the vehicle during servicing;
• malfunctions occurring after repairs;
• the use of specific parts or materials;
• delays in completing the work;
• changes to the service price made by the car service provider;
• the need for additional work;
• cancellation of a booking by the car service provider;
• the inability to perform the selected service.

Nothing in these provisions excludes or limits the liability of the Platform where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate information;
• use the Platform in good faith;
• not create knowingly fictitious bookings;
• not create a large number of bookings without intending to use the services;
• not use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• not attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems;
• comply with the rules of the selected car service provider.

13. Platform Operation

We strive to ensure the stable operation of the Platform; however, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or operate without interruption.

Certain Platform features may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• technical maintenance;
• updates;
• technical failures;
• internet connection problems;
• failures of external services;
• other technical or other circumstances.

14. Reviews and User Content

If the Platform provides the ability to submit reviews, the user is responsible for the content they post.

The following content is prohibited:

• knowingly false information;
• insults and threats;
• personal data of other persons;
• unlawful content;
• advertising without appropriate permission;
• materials that infringe the rights of third parties.

The Platform may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

15. Personal Data

The Platform may process users’ personal data as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Data may be used, in particular, for:

• processing bookings;
• contacting the user;
• providing necessary information to the selected car service provider;
• sending notifications;
• operating the user account.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

16. Cookies

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the operation of the website, save user preferences, analyse the use of the Platform and for other applicable purposes.

17. Intellectual Property

The software, design, texts, graphic elements, logos and other materials of the Platform are protected by applicable law.

Without the prior permission of the rights holder, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify or use materials of the Platform unless otherwise permitted by law.

18. Prohibited Use

The user may not:

• interfere with the operation of the Platform;
• use automated means to create bookings on a mass scale;
• access restricted sections or data;
• bypass technical or security restrictions;
• use Platform data for unlawful purposes;
• take actions that may cause harm to the Platform, car service providers or other users.

19. Restriction of Access

The Platform may temporarily restrict or terminate a user's access to the Platform or certain features in the event of a violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or actions that may disrupt the operation of the Platform.

20. Changes to the Terms

The Platform may amend these Terms of Use.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the website.

In the event of material changes, the effective date of the changes may be specified.

Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law applicable to a particular user.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
